Fundraising Professionalism for Small Charities

The Small Non-Profits Alliance has partnered with Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) to bring you this important free webinar on fundraising professionalism and moving toward best-practice.

12pm AEDT Wednesday 27 October 2021

Join Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) CEO Katherine Raskob for this fundraising ethics webinar, where she will provide an overview of the regulatory environment of the Australian charity sector, and why small charities need to be aware of it.

Studies show that smaller charities are more reliant on fundraising and donations than larger organisations.

So it's vital small charities have the public's trusts to raise, manage, and distribute their donations in an ethical and accountable way.

Katherine will cover;

 - Key aspects of the FIA Code developed to ensure transparent and ethical behaviour in fundraising.

 - Tips to identify and communicate with vulnerable persons, engagement with suppliers

 - Advice on data privacy and complaint handling

With professionalism in fundraising being such a critical topic for both small charities and the entire sector, this webinar is free to attend.

If you can't make the live webinar time, register anyway and we'll send you the recording.
